説明
cerf()
関数は誤差関数の複素数版であり、
- erf(z) = 2/sqrt(pi) * exp(-t*t) dt の 0 から z までの積分

で定義されている。
cerfc()
関数の定義は cerfc(z) = 1-cerf(z) である。
準拠
関数名は C99 で今後使用するために予約されている。
可用性
バージョン 2.4 時点では、glibc にはまだ実装されていない。
