This is the result of the comparison. Cu neutrals, Ar neutrals and Ar ions can be assigned. Cu ion lines are overlapped with other peaks and cannot be clearly separated currently. As a representatives, CuI 324, CuI 510, ArI 420 and and ArII 488 are picked up and will be displayed in the following figures.

Please note here, The Cu line at 324 nm is the transition from the exited state of 3.817 electron volts to the GROUND STATE. Please also remember that 510 nm has the same upper level with this line, and lower level of 1.389 electron volts.
